Delete your account.

Nimbent is a product of Cedar Orbit Labs Inc. This page explains how users can delete their Nimbent account and request deletion of associated app data.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your Nimbent account is directly within the app.

  1. Open the Nimbent app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to the ACCOUNT section.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Review the warning, acknowledge the billing notice, type DELETE, and confirm.

Security note: Firebase may require a recent sign-in before account deletion. If prompted, sign out and sign back in, then retry deletion.

Request deletion without app access

If you cannot access the app, email our privacy team from the email address associated with your Nimbent account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Include the email address associated with your Nimbent account and state that you want your account deleted.

What Nimbent deletes

When your account is deleted, Nimbent removes or queues deletion of account data we control.

Account and app data

Firebase Authentication account, user profile, jobs, clients, equipment, preferences, flight logs, reports, and related synced records.

Files and diagnostics

User-owned flight log files, probe files, support feedback, crash reports tied to your account, and per-user rate-limit records.

Marketing records

Brevo marketing/contact record where present and appropriate.

Local device data

Local app data is cleared on the device where deletion is initiated from the app.

What may be retained

Some records may remain where required for security, legal, tax, billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or provider retention obligations.

  • Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat billing history required for subscription, refund, tax, fraud, or store reconciliation records.
  • Provider logs outside Nimbent-controlled databases, subject to provider retention policies.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.
  • Records we are legally required or permitted to retain.

Billing notice

Deleting your Nimbent account does not cancel subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel active subscriptions through the relevant store before or after deleting your account.

Export data before deletion

If you need a copy of your records before deletion, use Settings > Account > Export My Data in the app or contact [email protected].

Processing timeline

We will respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days. In-app deletion begins immediately after confirmation, but some backend, provider, backup, billing, fraud-prevention, or legally retained records may follow their own retention timelines.
